Sending scans from Trios



After submitting the prescription via your CyberConnect account, and selecting 'Trios scans' from the materials menu, you'll need to send us your scans via Trios.





You can select whatever restoration you like when setting up the case in Trios as we'll only rely on the RX submitted via CyberConnect.


If you're a first time user of our laboratory, you'll need to add our laboratory to your list of labs using the email address scans@cyberdent.com.au and then call us at 1300 789 368 so we can approve the request.
