To get started, you'll need to setup your CyberConnect account.

CyberConnect is the online provider portal allowing you to submit, manage, and communicate on your cases – anywhere, anytime. 


How to submit a case

We've said goodbye to paper prescription forms and welcomed in the digital age of dentistry with our online prescription form. 

Log into your CyberConnect account and click 'submit a case'. Follow the system prompts as it guides you through the case submission process. If you need to check pricing, the current price list is available in the footer.

Once you've provided the instructions, you'll be prompted to let us know how you're sending your case – physical records, uploading scan (.STL) files, or sending directly via your intraoral scanner.

Sending case materials

Physical Records

We'll organise the courier. All you need to do is pack the models/impressions and include the packing slip in the box. 


Outside Sydney Metro

Toll will collect the parcel. We'll be in touch to provide a shipping label. 

Sydney metro

Go Logistics will bring the shipping label, just put our address on the box.

Digital Scans - Direct

Directly connect to our laboratory 3Shape TRIOS, Shining 3D, Medit,
and iTero.

Digital Scans - STL 

If you have *.STL files from your dental scanner, upload them to the case file.


Select 'Scans' when submitting your case via CyberConnect, drag and drop the files in the field provided.

Sending case materials


Turn-around Time
The turn-around time is 10-business days from the day we receive the case. We'll send an email with the ETA once the case is received. 

Case Questions
During manufacturing,  if there's any questions, we'll communicate via your CyberConnect account. You'll receive an email notification and a call from our customer service team to guide you through the process on your first case. 

Once the finished case is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the case will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
