Digital case submission
Extract the STL files from your machine then log into the CyberConnect portal.
Navigate to Submit a New Case and follow the prompts, clicking Next after completing each form below:

Select the practitioner

Enter the patients’ details
-
Select and add the required service(s)

Select Scans as your impression delivery method then upload the STL files
Submit and send physical records
Traditional case submission
Log into the CyberConnect portal and Navigate to Submit a New Case and follow the prompts, clicking Next after completing each form below:

Select the practitioner

Enter the patients’ details

Select and add the required service(s)

Select Physical Records for Pick-Up as your impression method delivery

Print the Packing Slip
