Getting started with Cyberdent is easy. You'll need to sign up for a CyberConnect account by clicking HERE, it's free to sign up and you'll be able to start submitting cases in as little as 5 minutes.
If you're sending PVS impressions, the system will automatically generate a packing slip and book the courier for you for each case. There is no need for you to call us each time you need a pickup, saving you time.
If you're using an intraoral or lab scanner, you'll be able to directly upload your scans (STL files required) to the patient's case on CyberConnect.
You can connect directly to our lab with Trios, if you're a first time user of our laboratory, you'll need to add our laboratory to your list of labs using the email address scans@cyberdent.com.au and then call us at 1300 789 368 so we can approve the request.
