Sending your first case




To help you get started, here is a guide to sending your first case.

  1. Log into your CyberConnect account and select 'submit new case'

  2. Follow the system prompts to complete the fully online prescription form

  3. Submit your records - physical or digital. Refer to the below information depending on how you're sending your records.



Physical Records

Select physical records, and the system will generate a packing slip, simply print and include a copy in the package. This is how we will identify the records as belonging to you.

When arranging a pickup, you can also select your preferred date for the pickup, and let us know any other information such as if you're closed for lunch. The pickup will automatically be booked - there's no need to call us!


Interstate and regional NSW customers are serviced by Toll Priority. You'll need a consignment note (shipping label) for the pickup, this is different to the packing slip, and will be provided to you by our customer service team via case correspondence. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service team on 1300 789 368 and arrange to have the consignment note emailed to you.


NSW metro customers are serviced by Go Logistics, just make sure our address is clearly marked on the package and the driver will supply the shipping label upon collection. The address is F47 2 Slough Ave Silverwater NSW 2128.




Digital Records

If you have a 3Shape TRIOS scanner, you can connect with our laboratory by searching scans@cyberdent.com.au. Otherwise, you'll need to upload your STL files onto the CyberConnect portal in the upload space provided.


There are a number of help articles available in our help centre with more information on how to export scans from various scanners so you can upload them into the CyberConnect portal.
