We've made sending digital cases to our laboratory easy. Simply log into your CyberConnect account, complete the 100% online prescription form, and upload the *.STL files.
When you submit your case at provider.cyberdent.com.au, you'll be asked in the final step 'how you'll send your records'. If you're sending via 3Shape TRIOS you can let us know here.
When you select 'scans', a window will pop-out where you'll upload the upper and lower arches and click submit - it's that easy!
Top tip
Ensure the files have finished uploading before you click 'submit' to ensure we can access them and start manufacturing the case.
Also, there are no additional fees for sending us digital cases!
