We understand that sometimes cases aren't quite right. So, we'll provide a remake credit to the case. Unless one of the following circumstances has occurred, then remake charges of 50-100% will apply;
We inquired about the margin or impression, but were instructed to "do the best we can" and make the case.
The provided case materials were deemed incomplete and/or unsatisfactory, and the customer elects to proceed with the completion of the case without making any adjustment, refuses a try-in, or does not supply the requested materials.
The customer requests a tooth shade different from the original request.
The customer changes the treatment plan or material from original request.
Specific instructions were not provided on the original prescription form.
The appliance fits the model, but does not fit in the mouth.
Remake is requested greater than 60 days from the invoice date. (Note, warranty claims are different to remake requests).
If a remake is requested for immediate/ surgical partials or dentures, or treatments with healing extractions.
The remake reason is not specified, original materials or appliance(s) are not returned.
If the original appliance is returned after the new appliance is manufactured under the guise of a remake, at Cyberdent's discretion a remake credit of 50-100% may be applied. However, an administration fee of $30.00 will be charged, and a freight fee of $19.80 if Cyberdent's courier service was used.
Cyberdent can amend the remake police at its sole discretion and without proper notice.
