Remake Policy

We understand that sometimes cases aren't quite right. So, we'll provide a remake credit to the case. Unless one of the following circumstances has occurred, then remake charges of 50-100% will apply;


  • We inquired about the margin or impression, but were instructed to "do the best we can" and make the case.

  • The provided case materials were deemed incomplete and/or unsatisfactory, and the customer elects to proceed with the completion of the case without making any adjustment, refuses a try-in, or does not supply the requested materials.

  • The customer requests a tooth shade different from the original request.

  • The customer changes the treatment plan or material from original request.

  • Specific instructions were not provided on the original prescription form.

  • The appliance fits the model, but does not fit in the mouth.

  • Remake is requested greater than 60 days from the invoice date. (Note, warranty claims are different to remake requests).

  • If a remake is requested for immediate/ surgical partials or dentures, or treatments with healing extractions.

  • The remake reason is not specified, original materials or appliance(s) are not returned.


If the original appliance is returned after the new appliance is manufactured under the guise of a remake, at Cyberdent's discretion a remake credit of 50-100% may be applied. However, an administration fee of $30.00 will be charged, and a freight fee of $19.80 if Cyberdent's courier service was used.


Cyberdent can amend the remake police at its sole discretion and without proper notice.
