How the Promotion Works
From 1st February 2025 until 30th March 2025, every new case you submit to Cyberdent counts towards your reward. Once you reach five cases, you'll be eligible to claim your free Airpex wireless apex locator. It's that simple!
Step-by-step Guide to Claiming Your Apex Locator
Submit Your Cases
Send any type of case to Cyberdent during the promotional period. Remakes or warranty claims are not eligible for the promotion.
Both digital and physcial submissions are eligible.

Track Your Case Numbers
Each time you submit an eligible case, record its case number on the promotional tracking card included with your orders.
Complete Five Cases
Once you've submitted five cases, double-check your case numbers to ensure accuracy.
Submit your claim
Take a photo of your completed tracking card.
Email the image to support@cyberdent.com.au with the Subject line: Apex Promotion Submission.
Receive your Airpex wireless apex locator
Once we verify your submission, we'll ship your Apex locator within one month after the promotion ends.
