Digital case submission
Extract the STL files from your machine then log into the CyberConnect portal.
Navigate to Submit a New Case and follow the prompts, clicking Next after completing each form below:

Select the practitioner

Enter the patients’ details

Select and add the required service(s)

Select Scans as your impression delivery method then upload the STL files

Select Physical Records for Pick-Up as your impression method delivery

Print the Packing Slip
